GOSTIMA, 2021 A

The project has signed last month of 2021 and will be completed by the end of 2022 in phases. The project location is Albania. Gostima 5 and 5.1 is 23MW, Gostima 6 is 21MW. 145kV switchyard is included in the scope. Electrical erection and commissioning start-up are in the scope. ProMIS will cooperate with a German turbine supplier and a Spanish Generator supplier.

KAJAKI HEPP,Afghanistan,

2015-2016 A

19 and 21 MW 2 Units Francis Vertical Turbine, Francis has been operating since 1997. 2007 customer purchased 24 MW  1 unit from China. However, due to security reasons, they had never gone to the site.  ProMIS Energy inspected all equipment that came to the site and refurbished all dusted, unpainted, and deformed equipment for erection. All missing equipment has been supplied by ProMIS. In addition, entire system panels (MV, LV, Governor Controller) have been replaced with new ones. Erection and commissioning have been done by ProMIS personnel without any supervisor from the manufacturers. A new SCADA and control system was designed and changed by ProMIS Energy engineers.

Black and Veatch, USA, and Tetra Tech were the controllers of the project. USAID financed this project; civil work was accomplished by 77 Construction USA. Existing Turbines and Generator from Westinghouse, USA, 24 MW T+G was from Dongfeng, China. The project budget is 9.2-10MUSD

MEREKLER HEPP,  2010 A

 1 x 8,.5 and 5.25 MW HEPP, Horizontal Francis Turbines, ProMIS has been EPC contractor for Essentium Energy via GHE (Global Hydro Energy). Scope of the project was full electric (mv & lv), mechanical and electrical erection was in the scope of ProMIS’s services. Typical equipment list that was used, are attached as part of this company profile.  In this turnkey project turbines were from Austria and generators were from Poland.

POSOF III HEPP, 2009 A

2 x 3.1 MW HEPP, Horizontal Francis Turbines, ProMIS acted as an EPC contractor for Yenigün Company via GHE (Global Hydro Energy) Scope of the project was full electric (mv & lv), automation (including Electric SCADA), governor /turbine control, and synchronization of the entire power plant. In addition to that, mechanical and electrical erection was in the scope of ProMIS’s services. Typical equipment list that was used, are attached as part of this company profile.  In this turnkey project turbines were from Austria and generator was from Poland.

NAJIBIYAH POWER PLANT, 2001 A

2 X 100 MW Power plant DCS automation. DCS System was ABB Freelance. ProMIS was a subcontractor and supplied full BMS, entire plant automation including instrumentation, installation, and startup. ESD system was PLC based. PLC was Mitsubishi Series. Total I/O was over 3,500 I/O and there were about 2,000 instruments existed in the project in relation to Power Plant, water treatment plant automation was done by ProMIS, Citect SCADA and Mitsubishi PLCS were used. 750 I/O system implementation, erection and commissioning was done.

GURUZ HEPP, 2010 A

1 x 0.45 MW HEPP, Horizontal Francis Turbines, Turbines, ProMIS was an EPC contractor for Kulak Company. Scope of the project was; full electric (mv & lv), automation (including Electric SCADA), governor /turbine control, and synchronization of the entire power plant. FIRNIS HEPP, 2008 B

2 x 4.8 MW HEPP, ProMIS acted as an EPC contractor for Maras Enerji, Control and electrification were completed in mid-2008. ProMIS was involved in full electric, automation, governor /turbine control, and generator control and electrification of the project. In this turnkey project, the turbines are from Norway, and the generators are from India.

According to the Botas (National gas Distribution Company) technical specifications, ProMIS has designed and implemented the Natural Gas reducing stations automation for the city of Kastamonu, Çankırı, and Çorum, RMS A stations will be supplied, installed, and commissioned. Main station units and components will be manufactured in Italy by Pietro Fiorentini. In addition to RTU panels, a complete RMS A station, flow computers, gas chromatograph, and ProMIS will supply the odorization unit with their related tanks, fire and gas alarm system, and complete erection and start-up of the mentioned station.

DNO – Tanker Loading Station

Zakho/Fishkabour, Iraq,  2008 A

ProMIS designed and engineered two of 10,000 and 1 of 3,000 TONS of crude oil tanks as an EPC contractor. Tank manufacturing was done by a subcontractor. ProMIS supplied all the necessary materials for six islands of the truck loading station, with fire fighting, canopy manufacturing, electrical, and Foxboro DCS work. ESD was done by PLCs. All types of equipment supplied by ProMIS, including pumps and loading arms. As a turnkey project, erection and commissioning were done by ProMIS. Mainly Foxboro pieces of equipment were used.

DIYARGAZ– Diyarbakır , (RMS-A) 2008 C

Motorola MOSCAD RTU s were used along with 1,500 Citect SCADA systems. Panels were designed according to the Natural gas pipeline/station specifications. This project has involved 8 RMS A types. In addition to RTU panels and automation system ProMIS will supply eight odorization units with their related tanks, fire, and gas alarm system and complete the erection and start-up of mentioned eight stations. All instruments (pressure transmitter, temperature transmitter, flow computers, gas chromatograph were included in this package) Denizli Doğu, Denizli Batı, Burdur, Isparta Sehir, Isparta OSB, Bolvadin, Afyon Sehir, Afyon OSB.

IGDAS, 2006 D

7 sets of odorization systems for the natural gas distribution company of Istanbul. GPRS technology will monitor all these systems via the central computer room. All these systems are controlled by RTU systems and generate hourly, daily injection reports.

 

IZGAZ – Ä°zmir, (RMS-A) 2006 C

URF, City of Municipality Water Distribution, 2006 B

European Commission-approved project was contracted by AGE –Insaat, Ankara. ProMIS successfully completed the project with an RF Wireless PLC/RTU system and SCADA interface for the entire city of Urfa; a total of 18 wireless stations were used to control the entire city water distribution from water pumping stations. ProMIS did the project management for the control side, erection, commissioning, and start-up.  

DODURGALAR HEPP I and III, 2008 A

At two different locations (Denizli), Dodurgalar HES 1 and 2 were commissioned and completed by our engineering team. 2 x 1 MW at each location. ProMIS did the automation control and protection of the system. In this turnkey automation project, a turbine client purchased turbines and governors from China.

CORUM GAZ (RMS-A), 2005 B

According to the Botas (National gas Distribution Company) technical specifications ProMIS has designed and implemented the Natural Gas reducing stations automation for the city of Kayseri. 70,000 m3/hr RMS A station will be supplied, installed, and commissioned. Main station units and components will be manufactured in Italy by Pietro Fiorentini. In addition to RTU panels, the complete RMS A station and ProMIS will supply the odorization unit with their related tanks, fire and gas alarm system, and complete erection and start-up of the mentioned station.

SILO COMPANY OF SYRIA, 2005, F

Full automation of 32 cement silos, loading, unloading, stocking. Omron PLC and Citect SCADA software has been designed with ProMIS engineers and gave a full support and training to System Integrator (Techno Lead) in Syria to complete and support this project by themselves. 5,000 I/O Citect was used to design the whole system.

 

KARDEMIR STEEL PLANT, 20005, F

Automation and PID control of the small unit at the plant. There will be total of 12 PID control system. Control will be done by Sixnet PLCs and Citect SCADA will be used to for HMI.

ORS A.S., 2004 E

ORS Bearing manufacturing plant has cogeneration plant, their energy monitoring SCADA system was installed. This project includes engineering and erection. Citect SCADA used to talk to Alstom Protection relays to retrieve information via Modbus protocol. Control system has been done with Mitsubishi PLCs. Citect SCADA 1,500 I/O was used.

According to the Botas (National gas Distribution Company) technical specifications ProMIS has designed, implemented the Natural Gas reducing stations automation. Motorola MOSCAD RTU s were used along with 1,500 Citect SCADA system. Panels were designed according to the Natural gas pipeline/station specifications. This project has involved in 3 RMS A type. In addition to RTU panels and automation system ProMIS will supply, 3 odorization units with their related tanks, fire and gas alarm system and complete erection and start up of mentioned 3 stations. These stations are: Sivas, Hadımköy, Çatalca

 

HSV (RMS-A Stations), 2004 B

According to the Botas (National gas Distribution Company) technical specifications ProMIS has designed, implemented the Natural Gas reducing stations automation for the city of Kayseri. 110,000 m3/hr RMS A station will be supplied, installed and commissioned. Main station units and components will be manufactured in Italy by Pietro Fiorentini. In addition to RTU panels, complete RMS A station, and ProMIS will supply odorization unit with their related tanks, fire and gas alarm system and complete erection and start up of mentioned station.

 According to the Botas (National gas Distribution Company) technical specifications ProMIS has designed, implemented automation of the Natural Gas reducing stations. Motorola MOSCAD RTU s were used along with 1,500 Citect SCADA system. Panels were designed according to the Natural gas pipeline/station specifications. In addition to automation ProMIS is responsible of installing, commissioning fire and gas alarm system.

NOVA PIGNONE (GE), Italy, 2002 E

According to the Botas (National gas Distribution Company) technical specifications ProMIS has designed, implemented the Natural Gas reducing station Type A automation. Motorola MOSCAD RTU s were used along with 1,500 Citect SCADA system. Panels were designed according to the Natural gas pipeline/station specifications. This project has involved in 1 RMS A type reducing station.

According to the Botas (National gas Distribution Company) technical specifications ProMIS has designed, implemented the Natural Gas reducing stations automation. Motorola MOSCAD RTU s were used along with 1,500 Citect SCADA system. Panels were designed according to the Natural gas pipeline/station specifications. This project has involved in 10 RMS A type and 4 RMS B type reducing stations. For all RMS B Stations Citect was used for local SCADA control room.

KADIKOY ISKI, Water Treatment and Sea Water Discharge, 2004 A

Complete automation system with PLC and SCADA control for ISKI water treatment plant. Siemens and Koyo PLC s used for control purposes and Citect SCADA package was used for SCADA control. Entire engineering, commissioning, erection, and start-up was achieved with ProMIS-Sunset JV. Project was done for Lidya Insaat.

SIVAS KANGAL, Thermal Power Plant, 2004 C

Full process control and automation project will be engineered, commissioned, and completed at the power plant coal conveying system. Cableing, installation of the sensors is in the SOS. Redundant Siemens S7-400 will be used along with redundant 1,500 I/O Citect with additional 4 users.

AGE-IMA JOINT VENTURE,

Potable Water Distribution, 2004 E

European Commission tender was awarded to ProMIS as a sub-contractor. The potable water distribution project is involved nine wells and a pumping station. The project will involve RF wireless modems, T-Box RTU, and a Citect 500 I/O SCADA package. Engineering, commissioning, and start-up will be completed by ProMIS engineers.

ORFEN, Conveyor & Packaging System, 2003 E

Wooden panel packaging system automation will be achieved by ProMIS engineers using Siemens S7-315 PLC with Citect SCADA package. A total of 2 CPUs will network to each other. The project has around 400 physical I/Os. Engineering, commissioning, and start-up will be done by ProMIS in addition to cabling and installation.

KAVAKLIDERE SARAPLARI (III Phase), 2003 E

For Wine Seller, 55 fermentation tanks will be automated by temperature control and monitoring system. Sixnet PLC/RTU and 500 I/O Citect were used. Instrumentation involved in Actuators (control) and stainless-steel valves(4G) were installed.

HUNCA COSMETIC, Shampoo EPC Contract, 1999 B

This project is a turnkey project except for construction which was done by the client. The project was involved in Shampoo production. All the equipment used in this process was Stainless Steel. A total of 7 tanks, each capable of 5 Tons, except one had 25 Tons capacity. The System was designed with 100% full automation with two workstations, one engineering, and one production operator station. PLC and SCADA control system with RTUs and PLCs. For long distances, remote I/O cards were used. The process was a batch control system with two production tanks. The project was managed by ProMIS however, on paper main contractor was shown as ISS, Inc. since the entire project was financed by a German Bank, which was arranged by ISS, Inc.

BAYDEMIR Co-Generation Plant, 2002 E

This is the first pilot project for the Co-Generation plant market in Turkey. From the Co-Generation power plant control room position of MV circuit breakers, isolators, current voltage, frequency, and active and reactive power values will be displayed and controlled remotely. For this project master, a wireless system with SCADA and RTU will be in the control room, and information will be transferred from two stations. From here, all information will be transmitted to TEAS (Turkish Energy Distributor Company) Main SCADA center via modem. Citect SCADA and Sixnet RTUs will be used.

 

SUPERLIT, CTP Pipeline Automation, 2002 D

Superlit as a PVC and CTP pipe manufacturer for Natural gas and water sectors, PorMIS has implemented and designed the automation system. Omron PLC system and Citect SCADA were used to control the system. ProMIS was responsible for the instrument selection, purchasing, and implementation. Installation was done by the customer. The system has been designed chiefly on motor control.

 

ETIBOR A.S, Sodium Mono-hydrate facility EPC Project, 1999 B

Is the only Borax plant in Turkey. ProMIS signed a turnkey contract to build their Sodium Mono- hydrate facility, including civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering, erection, commissioning, and start-up.  The system was involved in PLC/DCS and SCADA for about 400 Inputs and Outputs, around 110 Analog points.

 

SOLAR REFERENCES

This is an unlicensed Roof type solar energy-based electricity generation facility project with a power of 474.3 kWp / 320 kWe. The project is located on the factory's roof in BaÅŸkent OSB, Ankara. At the end of September 2022, approval of the ministry and other authorized institutions, supply, installation, and commissioning studies were made, and the system was commissioned, and production started.

A total of 1054 Monocrystalline type panels with 450Wp power and four inverters with 100kW power were used in the system. All production-related data are received by the system TEDAÅž and the customer and can be monitored remotely.
